### 2.1 Information You Provide
- **Account Information:** Anonymous user identifier generated automatically upon first use.
- **Photos (Optional):** If you choose to upload or capture a photo, it is processed to generate personalized fan cards.
- **User Preferences:** Selected country, style options, and generation settings.
### 2.2 Information Collected Automatically
- **Device Data:** Device model, operating system version, app version, platform.
- **Usage Data:** Feature interactions (generation, sharing, exports), session activity, subscription status.
- **Diagnostics:** Crash logs and performance metrics.
### 2.3 Information We Do NOT Collect
- We do **not** collect precise GPS location.
- We do **not** access contacts or personal files.
- We do **not** collect email, phone number, or other personal identifiers unless you provide them for support.
- We do **not** sell personal data.

## 4. AI Data Sharing & Consent
Glorio uses **Google Gemini AI** to generate personalized fan cards from your selfie photo.
### 4.1 Disclosure & Consent
Before any photo is transmitted to Google Gemini AI, the App displays a clear disclosure on the photo selection screen stating:
- **What data will be sent:** Your selfie photo and selected style preferences (country, gender, face paint style)
- **Who it is sent to:** Google's Gemini AI service
- **Why it is sent:** To generate your personalized fan card
By tapping "Take a Selfie" or "Use a Photo From Gallery" after viewing this disclosure, you consent to your photo being processed by Google Gemini AI. If you do not wish to share your data, you may exit the screen without proceeding.
### 4.2 What Data Is Shared With Google Gemini AI
- Your selfie photo (as a base64-encoded image)
- Your selected country and style preferences (e.g., gender, face paint style)
### 4.3 How Google Uses This Data
Your data is processed by Google under their [Privacy Policy](<https://policies.google.com/privacy>) and [Gemini API Terms of Service](<https://ai.google.dev/terms>). Google processes your photo solely to return the generated image output. We do not control Google's internal data handling beyond what is described in their published policies. Google provides equivalent data protection standards as required by applicable privacy law.
### 4.4 Withdrawing Consent
You may withdraw consent at any time by:
- Simply not using the card generation feature
- Contacting us at **[email protected]** to request deletion of any generated data
Withdrawing consent means you will no longer generate new fan cards, but existing cards in your collection remain accessible.

## 5. Face Data Collection and Use
Glorio processes photos containing faces to create personalized fan cards.
### 5.1 What Face Data We Collect
- **Selfie Photos:** Photos you capture or select from your gallery, submitted voluntarily for card generation.
- **On-Device Face Detection:** We use on-device processing to validate photo quality (face position, size, count). This processing occurs entirely on your device and the results never leave it.
### 5.2 How We Use Face Data
- **Card Generation Only:** Your selfie is sent to Google's Gemini AI service solely to generate a personalized fan card.
- **Quality Validation:** On-device face detection ensures your photo meets quality requirements before processing.
- We do **not** use face data for identification, authentication, or facial recognition.
- We do **not** create facial feature maps, biometric templates, or faceprints.
- We do **not** use your face data for advertising or marketing.
### 5.3 Storage and Retention
- **Original Selfies:** Your original selfie is processed in-memory and is **not permanently stored** on our servers. It is discarded immediately after card generation completes.
- **Generated Cards:** The AI-generated fan card (which includes your likeness) is stored in Firebase Cloud Storage so you can access, share, and download it.
- **Deletion:** You may request deletion of all generated cards and associated data at any time by contacting us at **[email protected]**.
### 5.4 Your Control
- You choose which photos to submit for card generation.
- Face data processing only occurs when you actively initiate card generation **and** have provided explicit consent (see Section 4).
- You can delete your generated cards from the app at any time.

## 6. AI Processing & Generated Content
Glorio uses AI-based image generation services to create fan cards.
- Uploaded photos are used **only** to generate requested outputs.
- Generated images are stored so you can view, share, or download them.
- We do not publicly identify users or claim ownership over your likeness.

## 7. App Tracking Transparency (iOS)
On iOS, Glorio requests permission to use your device's advertising identifier (IDFA) via Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework.
### 7.1 What We Track
If you grant permission, the IDFA may be used to:
- Measure the effectiveness of advertising campaigns
- Attribute app installs to advertising sources
- Improve ad relevance
### 7.2 What We Use For Analytics (Regardless of ATT)
The following analytics do **not** require ATT permission and are collected regardless of your choice:
- Anonymous usage events (e.g., features used, generation count)
- Crash reports and performance diagnostics
- Subscription and purchase status
### 7.3 Your Choice
- **Allowing** tracking helps us understand how users discover Glorio and supports the app's development.
- **Declining** tracking does **not** affect any core app functionality. All features remain fully available.
- You can change your choice at any time in **iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking**.

- Data is stored using secure cloud infrastructure (Firebase / Google Cloud).
- All data is encrypted in transit via HTTPS/TLS.
- Access controls, rate limiting, and monitoring are applied.
No system is 100% secure, but we apply industry-standard safeguards.
